We enjoyed our stay, especially the clean, comfortable family room that perfectly suited our needs. The breakfast was fantastic, and the kids loved the variety! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the city center and train station, making everything accessible.
In my wife’s opinion, the dining area was a bit noisy and could benefit from better soundproofing.

The hotel had a good location with friendly staff, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast. the shower pod design was a bit strange, and there were some noise issues from nearby establishments that detracted from the experience.

Perfect location, lovely staff!
The location is spot on for checking out the area. Had a double room which was decent, but the key card system was a bit frustrating at times. there was some noise from other guests late at night. The bar was a nice spot to chill after a long day!

Convenient location with welcoming staff
I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room and found the location perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast was plentiful and well-cooked, though I found the hashbrowns a bit rubbery.

Comfortable stay with nice perks
We had a nice one-night stay. Check-in and check-out was super easy, and the location was spot on. The free car park was a big plus! Didn't get to try breakfast, but it smelled delicious when we left. Just a bit noisy at night from the street, which interrupted our sleep.

The culinary scene nearby is a feast for the senses! Shaha Indian serves up some cracking curries, and BrewDog Carlisle hooked me up with solid craft ales. Plus, the staff were super friendly, making for a grand stay overall!
That said, it’s a bit of a racket with nightlife vibes raging on until the wee hours. Not the spot for a family stay, especially with a nightclub next door. A bit of a head-banger, if you catch my drift.
